Position : Plant Mechanic

Duration : 6-month contract to hire

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Plant Mechanic to join their team for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and other mechanical equipment. Additionally, they’ll be troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Must Haves:

- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting

- Strong knowledge of:

• HVAC systems
• Electrical and mechanical systems
• Plumbing systems

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair multiple facility systems

Plusses:

• Any Mechanical Certifications
• Hospital experience
• Experience supporting boilers and chillers
