Special Education Teacher | Lakewood, Ohio

• Active Ohio Department of Education (ODE) K-12 Intervention Specialist license required
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for high school students

• Previous experience in a high school special education setting is beneficial

Position Details:

• Contract term: August 3rd, 2026 – June 4th, 2027
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Grade Level: High School
• Caseload: 24 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and staff
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and administration
