Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active California SLP License required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication development
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary and middle school students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
