Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP-CCC certification
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Texas
• Experience with K-12 populations in schools strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support classroom integration
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student needs
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
