Bring your passion for speech-language pathology to a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication and academic success in a collaborative school environment. We are seeking three onsite SLPs for contract positions serving Early Intervention and K-12 students. Enjoy working directly with students and multidisciplinary teams to empower learning and growth.

Available roles:

  • Two SLPs working with K-12 students (8:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, 35 hours weekly, August 18, 2026–May 27, 2027). Serve a caseload of 50–55 across two buildings, supporting both regular education and autistic support students. Case management responsibilities are included.
  • One SLP focused on Early Intervention (also 8:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, 35 hours weekly) – located in the New Oxford/Gettysburg area, supporting children ages 3–5 with special education needs, with weekly dedicated paperwork time. This is a year-round position with frequent school breaks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • School-based experience and ability to support diverse caseloads, including regular education and special education students
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Experience with case management (for K-12 roles) is preferred
  • An enthusiastic, flexible approach in dynamic educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech-language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement IEP/IFSP goals, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support each student’s educational plan
  • Participate in meetings, provide resourceful input, and support staff development as needed
  • Complete necessary documentation and case management duties
