Embark on a rewarding assignment supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity is for an experienced SLP excited to make a difference in an elementary school setting. Located onsite for three days each week, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing communication skills for children during the 2026-2027 academic year’s first semester.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current PA SLP Educator Certificate required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC certification
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Support student goals through ongoing progress monitoring
  • Maintain compliance with all state and district regulations

This position offers a structured schedule: work onsite three days per week from 8:15 AM to 3:40 PM. You’ll work closely with students and staff at Dunbar Township Elementary, providing meaningful interventions and fostering growth in a supportive educational environment.
