Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Prior experience working with children, especially in a school-based or educational environment, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and collect data to inform individualized support plans
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective intervention strategies for students
• Provide ongoing coaching and consultation to instructional staff, assisting with best practices in classroom management and student engagement
• Deliver training sessions for teachers and families on behavior management techniques
• Maintain thorough records and document student progress in accordance with state and district policies
• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate student needs and adjust services as necessary
