Qualifications:

  • Valid state OT license in hand
  • Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
  • Experience in school-based OT preferred
  • OT degree from an accredited program
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide OT assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for PreK–8th students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Deliver services onsite as part of the school community
