Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Prior experience within a K-12 educational setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological evaluations to assess learning, social-emotional, and behavioral needs
• Interpret assessment results and provide clear recommendations to support student learning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement appropriate interventions
• Serve as a resource to school staff and parents in understanding mental health, learning, and behavioral concerns
• Participate in the development and review of IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations
