School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dover, Pennsylvania

Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and language growth as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in vibrant educational settings near Dover, PA. Three contract opportunities are available for dedicated SLPs to serve diverse learners in Early Intervention and K-12 settings. Roles run from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, or year-round for Early Intervention.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active PA SLP Certification and Teaching Certificate required; please include both with your application
• SLP-CCC strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered if the agency covers required supervision fees
• Experience in school settings, especially with K-12 or early childhood populations, is highly valued
• Ability to provide in-person services (onsite only; no remote options available)
• SLPAs are not being considered
• Strong collaboration and case management skills

Role Details:

• K-12 Providers (2 positions): Serve North Eastern School District, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM weekdays, 35 hours weekly. Manage a caseload of 50-55 students across two elementary schools, addressing both regular ed and autistic support needs. Some case management duties included.
• Early Intervention Provider (1 position): Located in New Oxford/Gettysburg area, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM weekdays. Work year-round with frequent school breaks. Provide speech therapy for ages 3-5 with special education needs. Dedicated paperwork time included each week.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement speech and language interventions for students with varied needs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Maintain documentation and manage cases as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to supportive learning environments
