This contract role calls for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist ready to work collaboratively with educators, families, and diverse learners. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline.
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility.
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, collaborative educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to support individual needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to drive student success.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records on student progress and service delivery.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and caregivers to foster inclusive classroom communication.
  • Adapt therapy strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
