Multi-Craft Electrical Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

30 an hour , Full time

Lakeland Florida

Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLCs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; multi-craft maintenance experience required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay based on experience.
