Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state School Psychologist certification or eligibility
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and MTSS/RTI processes
• Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and parents
• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude and dedication to student well-being

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and interpret results to identify academic, developmental, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to support student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions and strategies aligned with individualized education programs
• Provide direct and indirect counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Contribute to eligibility meetings, student support teams, and multidisciplinary planning
• Promote positive school culture and advocate for inclusive practices
