Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license for Ohio
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience in a school setting, or with pediatric populations, strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Comfort with adapting to changing schedules and environments

Role Duties:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with varying abilities throughout the school year
  • Conduct assessments to identify therapy needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your insights to student support teams

Schedule & Flexibility:

  • In-person therapy services 4 days per week, with 1 hybrid day (remote/in-person blend) on a flexible schedule
  • Daily start and end times may adjust depending on specific building assignments, offering you adaptability throughout the week
