Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CF applicants will also be considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
• Familiarity working with IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tracking progress and outcomes
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support classroom integration
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
