\nAbout the Company:
\nOur client is one of the fastest growing health-tech startups in NYC that is now looking to bring on a Financial Analyst. This is a newly-created role (2nd Finance Hire) that will report into the Head of FP&A. Unique opportunity to roll your sleeves up and be an integral part of the company's exponential growth. This position has tremendous exposure within the organization.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Develop advanced budgeting, financial forecasting and modeling tools \n
- Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to various levels of management \n
- Compare and analyze results against budget and forecast \n
- Prepare detailed analysis and reports in to indicate the driving elements of changes in revenue performance \n
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements to improve the use of key metrics \n
- Support the development, tracking and reporting of operational and financial metrics \n
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive forecasting for monthly and annual planning cycles \n
- Assist Head of FP&A in updating, maintaining and expanding master financial models \n
- Express your analytical creativity by building Excel-based models to handle ad-hoc requests and special projects \n
- Additionally, you will assist in preparing materials including board decks, investor presentations, and other executive updates. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- BS in Finance, Business, Statistics or Economics \n
- 2+ years of FP&A, IB or strategic/financial planning \n
- Superior analytical and modeling skills; ability to summarize detailed analyses/data into executive level presentations \n
- Proficient in SQL and Tableau \n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter \n
