Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Own PI cases from intake to resolution

• Negotiate directly with insurance companies

• Draft/file/argue Superior Court motions

• Conduct/defend depositions

• Handle arbitrations (2-3 prior cases preferred)

• Manage discovery, case prep, client communication

• Test AI tools for efficiency

• Initial supervision (2-3 months), then autonomy

• All hands contribution (including admin tasks)

Requirements:

• JD + WA license (or waivable)

• 2+ years PI experience

• Proven insurance negotiations

• Arbitration experience (strongly preferred)

• Deposition experience (strongly preferred)

• Civil motion practice (preferred)

• onsite (5 days/week)
