Lead Medical Front Desk
Pay: $23-$24/hour (Depending on experience)
Location: Houston, TX 77034
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Supervisor - training, scheduling, performance reviews
- Handle escalations
- Patient check-in / check-out
- Schedule patients
- Insurance verification
- Collect co-pays
Requirements
- 5+ years of medical front desk experience, preferably in a high-volume clinic
- 1+ year of experience leading a front desk team
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Plus)
