$110,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Bonus (DOE)

What You'll Lead
You'll provide strategic leadership for a range of full-service restaurants, focusing on:
- Coaching and developing General Managers and management teams
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Managing P&L performance, labor, food cost, and financial results
- Elevating guest experience and operational consistency
- Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing leaders
- Building accountability while maintaining a positive, people-first culture
- Partnering directly with ownership on strategic initiatives and future growth

We're seeking an accomplished restaurant operations leader with experience as a:
- Multi-Unit Director of Operations
- District Manager
- Area Director

- Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader
Successful candidates will bring:
- Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Full-service restaurant operations background
- Strong P&L and financial management experience
- A proven track record of developing General Managers and leadership teams
