Parking Patroller

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global's parking management client is looking to add two Field Operations Specialists in the Des Moines Market. These reliable, detail-oriented candidates will be working independently and on their feet over the duration of each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
• Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
• Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management

MUST HAVES:

• Valid Driver's License and a reliable personal vehicle
• iOS or Android cell phone with basic smartphone proficiency
• Willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions
• Able to work independently and efficiently

PLUSSES:

• Prior experience in a security, enforcement, or parking attendant role
