Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Injection Molding focused Process Technician II to work onsite for a client in Sanford, NC. In this role you will use your knowledge, skills, and effort to ensure that all press setups and mold changes are performed according to standard procedures, maintaining communication with department leaders, and participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Setup and Operation: Setting up and operating injection molding machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Maintenance and Repair: Performing daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on injection molding tools and equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of produced components by monitoring the process and making necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues in the production process or with the products. If issues persist, they communicate with engineers and quality assurance technicians.
• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of the process, including any changes made and issues encountered.
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
