We are currently seeking an experienced Production Painter to join our manufacturing team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare fabricated metal parts, weldments, and assemblies for painting.
• Load and unload painting racks.
• Prime and paint fabricated weldments and assembled equipment using industrial spray equipment.
• Apply smooth, consistent finishes with proper coverage and minimal defects.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booth equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures while meeting daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience using industrial or production spray painting equipment.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes without runs or sags.
• Experience maintaining spray guns and paint booth equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience painting fabricated steel, weldments, or industrial equipment.
• Experience with epoxy, urethane, or other industrial coatings.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and paint booth environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
