Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Colorado School Psychologist license
- Experience conducting psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
- Knowledge of best practices in student evaluation, counseling, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and special education eligibility
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete student evaluations, write reports, and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Design and carry out interventions tailored to individual learner needs
- Deliver counseling (individual and group) and crisis support as needed
- Participate in IEP/504 development and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer consultation and training to staff and caregivers to foster supportive learning environments
- Support implementation of schoolwide academic, behavioral, and mental health programs
