Make a meaningful impact as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students’ communication needs in schools and early intervention settings. Immediate opportunities are available for dedicated professionals who are passionate about working onsite—virtual or remote options are not utilized for these positions.
Three contract openings include:
- Two SLPs serving a caseload of 50-55 students in two elementary buildings, working with both general education and autistic support classrooms. Responsibilities include direct therapy, collaboration with educators, and some case management. Positions run from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) for a total of 35 hours per week.
- One SLP focused on early intervention, serving children ages 3–5 with special education needs. This year-round role (with frequent school breaks) is based in New Oxford/Gettysburg. You’ll receive dedicated paperwork time each week, enabling you to balance clinical and administrative duties effectively.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Active state licensure and ASHA CCCs
- Experience providing speech and language services in school or early childhood settings (preferred)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and complete necessary documentation
- A team-oriented approach and flexibility adapting to various educational environments
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services to assigned students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs/IFSPs, and participate in team meetings
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide effective communication and support to meet student goals
