Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a maternity leave assignment from September to November. This contract role focuses on working with a mild to moderate caseload, fostering communication growth and educational success in a school environment near Union, MO.

Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within school settings
- Strong background in managing elementary-age caseloads
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for mild to moderate needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students in both individual and group settings
- Assess and monitor students’ progress through formal and informal evaluations
- Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational staff and families
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning as needed
- No supervision of SLPAs is required for this role
- Virtual therapy ("VOCO") is not part of this assignment
