As an essential team member, you’ll provide targeted speech services across two half days per week, managing a manageable caseload of 8-10 students. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP and certification to practice in school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy to students in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of therapeutic interventions and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to support student goals
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding students’ communication needs
