Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. We are seeking three dynamic SLPs to provide impactful services in a school-based setting near Gettysburg, PA. Engage directly with students, helping them develop critical communication skills while collaborating with supportive multidisciplinary teams.

Open Roles:

ROLE A: Two SLPs needed for a K-12 caseload at North Eastern School District, working across two elementary schools. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm (35 hours/week) from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027. You’ll support a caseload of 50–55 students, including both regular education and those in Autistic Support programs, and handle some case management responsibilities.

ROLE B: One SLP is needed for Early Intervention, serving children ages 3–5 in the New Oxford/Gettysburg area. This is a year-round, in-person role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm (35 hours/week), and includes frequent school breaks and dedicated paperwork time each week. Provide individualized services to children with special education needs, making a meaningful difference at an early stage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP, CCC certification (ASHA)
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads including regular education, autism support, and special education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation and participate in case management as needed
