Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication needs by providing onsite speech-language pathology services in an engaging school environment. Three contract opportunities are available for skilled SLPs who are passionate about helping students in educational settings and thrive working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Current Openings:

  • Two positions for North Eastern School District (K-12) covering Conewango Elementary and Mt Wolf Elementary. Support a diverse caseload (general education & autistic support) with some case management required. Term runs August 18, 2026 through May 27, 2027. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, 35 hours/week.
  • One position in Early Intervention for ages 3-5 with special education needs, based in New Oxford/Gettysburg. This is a year-round position with regular school breaks and dedicated weekly paperwork time. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, 35 hours/week.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certificate (must be submitted with resume)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred; clinical fellows considered with agency-paid supervision fee
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of 50-55 students (Role A), or working with early learners with special needs (Role B)
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and deliver therapy, and maintain documentation for students from early childhood to elementary
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and service coordinators to support IEP goals
  • Engage in some case management as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, parent communications, and compliance activities
