Instructional Aide - Newport, NH

Make an impact supporting student success as a paraprofessional for the upcoming academic year! This full-time contract role runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers the chance to work hands-on with high school students in a dynamic educational environment. You’ll collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure every student receives the guidance and assistance they need to thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or supporting roles within schools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with high school-aged students
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students based on their needs
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and assignments
• Aid in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students with instructional and behavioral goals as directed by educators
• Help monitor student progress and document observations
• Foster a safe environment for learning and growth

This full-time position offers 32–37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You’ll become part of a supportive educational community committed to empowering high school learners and enabling them to achieve their full potential. This assignment is conveniently located near Newport, NH.
