Qualifications:

  • Accredited bachelor’s degree required
  • Valid Texas Special Education (EC-12) certificate
  • Recent TEA fingerprint clearance (or willingness to complete, with results needed prior to start)
  • Previous experience supporting students in life skills, autism, or behavior classrooms is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to an inclusive, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and support to meet the needs of students with disabilities
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
