Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff for comprehensive care
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-related professional development activities
