Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Illinois
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY supervision available
  • Proven experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Providing direct therapy services both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and actively participating in IEP meetings
  • Delivering in-service training or consultation to staff as needed
