???? Assignment Details:
13 weeks
Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
This contract position requires full territory coverage within a 60 mile radius of the facility location - 625 Kenmoor Ave Grand Rapids, MI.
An ideal candidate should possess excellent skills in HCHB, OASIS, scheduling, and time management.
???? Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in Home Health
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) & OASIS experience: Required
License: Active RN License in the practicing state
CPR Certification: Required
Driver's License: Required
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance
CHPN Certification: Preferred

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (Required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
