Associate Attorney
Job Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position for an Associate Attorney licensed in Virginia with our offices located in Montgomery County, MD. The Associate Attorney with ideally 1-3 years experience will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in real estate, fiduciary litigation and/or business law. The role also involves utilizing skills to resolve disputes and ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
Note: Candidate will only practice in Northern VA, not other parts of the state.
Qualifications:
Attorney with 1-3 years of experience.
Should be licensed in all of DC/MD/Virginia or either one.
Proficiency in Law, with a specialization or experience in Virginia Real Estate Law & or and or civil litigation, business law.

Primary: Business law, real estate, fiduciary litigation
Additional Considered Experience: Immigration, bankruptcy, personal injury
Strong Legal Advice and Negotiation skills to effectively support and advocate for clients
Effective Research abilities to prepare case strategies and legal documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the VA State Bar Association
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
