This opportunity is ideal for a quality professional who is passionate about driving compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process by managing PPAP and FAIR requirements, leading corrective actions, supporting audits and quality system initiatives, and collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on quality performance while helping advance process improvements, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Incident Program, including nonconformances and corrective actions
- Partner with manufacturing, design engineering, and supply chain teams to identify, resolve, and prevent quality issues
- Observe and evaluate production processes to confirm compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Assist with customer audits, documentation requests, and general compliance inquiries
- Create, update, and maintain controlled quality documents such as work instructions and procedures
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or continuous improvement roles
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements
- Working knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
