Survey Project Manager

Location: Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Survey Project Manager to join our team in either our Phoenix or Mesa
\n office. This full-time role is ideal for a licensed surveyor with strong leadership abilities, a client-focused mindset, and proven project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms
\n
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
\n
• Maintain and build strong client relationships
\n
• Supervise, mentor, and support team members
\n
• Ensure quality control is maintained throughout all project phases
\n
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in the State of Arizona
\n
• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience
\n
• Deep knowledge of:
\n
\n
• Public Land Survey System (PLSS)
\n
• Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards
\n
• Municipal survey requirements
\n
• ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards
\n
\n
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D
\n
