\nThe Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production processes. This role requires a strong leader to manage teams, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDevelop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
\nManage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including production scheduling and resource allocation.
\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
\nLead and mentor a team of supervisors and operators to achieve operational goals.
\nAnalyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
\nCollaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality meets specifications.
\nManage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to manufacturing operations.
\nQualifications
\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
\n5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
\nExperience in the Aerospace Defense or CNC machining industry is a plus.
\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.
\nProficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
