Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op is currently seeking a Program Manager to join the Taco Bell Concept Team. The position is in Irvine, CA.

\n Position Overview
\n
\n This position is a part of the Supply Chain Operations team which supports the supply chain for Taco Bell’s 7,800+ restaurants in the US with annual sales more than $14B.
\n
\n To be successful in this role, a Program Manager with emphasis in technology needs to be a blend of a relationship-oriented project manager and supply planner. This person will engage with a cross-functional team to bring new technology hardware equipment-related products to market.
\n
\n Annual oversight is estimated at:
\n • 3-5 national technology/equipment implementations
\n • $5-$20MM in inventory authorizations
\n • 3-5 technology/equipment initiative tests
\n
\n Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

\n Position Responsibilities
\n
\n Project Management (~60%)
\n • Collaborate with brand partners to identify and document the supply chain demands of high profile, innovative,
\n technology/equipment deployments & initiatives.
\n • Manage supply chain timelines and deliverables of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless
\n execution of technology initiatives.
\n • Collaborate with supply partners to develop supply strategies that enable maximum flexibility by minimizing
\n financial risk. This includes planning contingencies, capacity assurance, and component material procurement
\n timelines.
\n • Accountable to communicate and provide ongoing updates to procurement partners, brand partners, and leadership
\n in a timely fashion.
\n • Present supply updates to Concept & RSCS Executive Teams
\n • Ensure key learnings and best practices are captured to support future strategic planning and continuous
\n improvement.
\n • Create Authorizations for Inventory Procurement
\n
\n Supply Planning (~40%)
\n • Leverage technology systems (primarily Netsuite and Power BI) as well as Excel to drive uninterrupted supply:
\n o Create time phased demand plans for supplier planning purposes.
\n o Ensure supply at all nodes in the supply chain.
\n o Monitor deployment schedule, problem solve supply/demand imbalances, adjust plans of dynamic timelines, and
\n inform stakeholders and leadership of supply status.
\n • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.
\n • Special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.
\n
\n Other duties as assigned by management.

\n Education
\n • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, or other relatable major. Prefer a master’s or MBA.
\n Prefer APICS CPIM certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, ISM CPSM certification, or PMP certification,
\n
\n Experience and Knowledge
\n • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ business experience in: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Project management and/or
\n Program Management.
\n • Quick service restaurant experiences desired. Knowledge of distribution or manufacturing environment.
\n
\n Skills and Abilities
\n • Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously. Process
\n orientation.
\n • Must have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Good data analysis experience
\n • Able to identify problems and resolutions.
\n • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on interpersonal and consensus
\n building capabilities.
\n • Ability to work at an elevated pace with efficiency and precision and a bias toward action.
\n • Self-starter with ability to deliver results without daily supervision.
\n • Attention to detail.
\n • Presentation skills geared toward a Director/VP level.
\n • Flexibility and adaptability to change is crucial.
\n • High proficiency using Microsoft Systems – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
\n • Seeking advanced Excel experience. Technical aptitude
\n • Prefer experience using NetSuite, Blue Yonder Demand and/or Fulfillment Planning
\n • Experience in Oracle SCM, SAP SCM, or other enterprise supply planning software systems.
