\n As a Tank Trailer Technician, you’ll be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and making ready customer trailers and stock units. This is a hands-on role that involves mechanical work, light welding (basic steel), troubleshooting, and component replacement. You'll be working in a shop environment alongside a skilled team, with the opportunity to continue expanding your mechanical and welding experience.\n

\n Job Type: Temp to Hire\n

\n Tank Trailer Technician Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Perform repair, maintenance, and make-ready work on customer trailers and stock units
    • \n
  • Conduct brake jobs, tire changes, light rewiring of trailer lights, and pressure testing
    • \n
  • Perform basic MIG welding (steel) under supervision
    • \n
  • Track work time and maintain hour logs on assigned jobs
    • \n
  • Climb on and into trailers (including confined spaces) to complete repairs as needed
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n
\n
    \n
  • Summer Hours: 6AM-3PM\n
      \n
    • Occasional overtime as needed
      • \n
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $20-$25 depending on experience\n
\n
\n Tank Trailer Technician Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ Years of previous automotive or trailer mechanic experience
    • \n
  • Experience with large trucks, bulk trailers, or similar commercial equipment preferred
    • \n
  • Basic welding experience (steel/aluminum MIG)
    • \n
  • Must provide basic tool set (wrenches, sockets, impacts/air tools, etc.)
    • \n
  • Must be able to lift/move 50+ lbs and work in physically active role (standing, kneeling, climbing, etc.)
    • \n
  • Able to pass spirometry and respirator fit-test
    • \n
  • Ability to work in a shop environment around moving mechanical parts, noise, and fumes
    • \n
