\n * Valid NC Cosmetology license\n
\n * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred\n
\n * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills\n
\n * Excellent communication and customer service abilities\n
\n * Knowledge of beauty products sold in-store\n
\n * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively\n
