Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Powder/Liquid Coater to join our client’s team in Northwest Houston. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, coating experience, and the ability to meet quality standards in a fastpaced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coating application — Apply powder and liquid coatings to parts according to customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Surface preparation — Pretreat, clean, mask, prime, and prepare a variety of parts prior to coating.
  • Quality inspections — Perform firstpiece, inprocess, and final inspections to ensure proper coverage and finish.
  • HVLP operation — Operate HVLP spray equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting — Identify and resolve coating or equipment issues as needed.
  • Rig gun operation — Use liquid/powder rig guns for precise application and finish control.
Qualifications
  • Experience in powder and liquid coating processes
  • Knowledge of pretreatment and masking techniques
  • Ability to perform detailed quality checks
  • HVLP and rig gun experience required

Compensation is $18-$22 an hr. DOE

**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
