You'll work full-time, 7.5 hours per day, and split your expertise between Santa Fe and Albuquerque campuses. Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience working within school settings, particularly with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, preferred
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of assessments, intervention strategies, and IEP development for diverse student populations
- Commitment to providing culturally responsive and equitable psychological services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students from birth through age 21
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all state and federal special education requirements
- Travel between Santa Fe and Albuquerque sites as needed for direct service
