Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed to provide telespeech and teletherapy services within multiple schools located in the Naples area. This contracted position will support students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, delivering direct speech therapy services and contributing to their Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering virtual direct speech therapy services to K-12 students
  • Completing IEP documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attending all IEP meetings through virtual platforms
  • Collaborating remotely with educators and families to support student communication goals

Qualifications and experience:

  • Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Prior successful completion of similar telespeech or teletherapy assignments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with virtual therapy technology and platforms
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school locations within Golden Gate City and Immokalee
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism during virtual service delivery
  • Clearance of fingerprinting and ability to obtain a JLA badge as required by local credentialing processes

This role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, up to 35 hours per week, with schedules typically consisting of 7-hour service days. Candidates with experience in teletherapy within school districts will find this opportunity well suited to those who are comfortable working remotely and engaging with students and educators virtually.

Interested candidates should be prepared to demonstrate prior teletherapy experience and possess all necessary licensure and clearances. This contract runs from August through May, offering a stable engagement throughout the academic year.
