Position Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Possession of (or eligibility to obtain) an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based physical therapy
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet a wide range of student needs
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students, supporting IEP goals and collaborating with educational teams
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff to promote student participation in school activities
• Maintain required records and data in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Promote student independence, safety, and optimal functioning within the school community
