This full-time, contract position puts you at the center of student development and well-being while collaborating closely with supportive teams to foster positive educational environments.

In this dynamic role, you'll work with a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through eighth grade. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough psychological evaluations, contributing your insights at multidisciplinary meetings, assisting in Functional Behavior Analysis (FBAs), and serving as a vital member of the crisis intervention team. Your expertise will enable students to thrive, families to feel supported, and school staff to be empowered with the best resources and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona School Psychologist certification required
• Experience working with K-8th grade students preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and report writing
• Ability to collaborate effectively within school teams and with families
• Familiarity with FBAs and crisis response protocols is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments for students
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and other multidisciplinary meetings
• Guide and support teachers and staff in implementing intervention strategies
• Assist in developing and performing FBAs to address behavioral needs
• Be a key member of the crisis team, responding and supporting as needed
