Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Delaware SLP license required
- SLP-CCC certification strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based environment or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Comfortable shifting between school-based services and assisting students in homebound settings
- Strong, adaptable communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to diverse and fluctuating caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in both school buildings and homebound environments as needed
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans supporting students’ educational and communication goals
- Coordinate and consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state policies
- Adapt to varying caseload demands throughout the school year
