Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role is based onsite and offers the chance to support students in a vibrant educational environment. The position will run from August 2026 through May 2027, providing consistent, full-time hours throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, articulation/language disorder intervention, and collaborative service delivery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
This is a contract, onsite position starting August 2026 and concluding May 2027. You will play a vital role in helping students achieve meaningful communication outcomes and develop lifelong skills.
