Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current state licensure as a School Psychologist is required
  • Prior experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze educational and psychological data
  • Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to move between two nearby sites as needed
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement interventions that support student success
  • Conduct a range of assessments to identify students’ needs
  • Participate in and help lead Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings
  • Provide direct counseling and support services to students
  • Maintain detailed records and comply with all state, federal, and school policies
  • Adapt to varying caseload assignments as information becomes available
