Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - General Contractor

Location: [Local area - must be within daily commute of client office]

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our General Contractor team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing construction projects, with a focus on retail and commercial builds such as restaurants, convenience stores, auto parts stores, tire centers, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and site coordination from start to finish

• Travel to job sites biweekly for progress and stakeholder meetings

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders on project status

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor

• Experience working on Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Auto Parts Stores, Tire Centers, and/or Health Care projects preferred

• Must reside within daily commuting distance of the office

• Willingness to travel for biweekly site meetings

• Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills
