Drive Strategic Pricing for Government Aerospace Programs as a Senior Pricing Analyst with PDS Tech!

Pay Rate: $48.00 – $60.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to support government sourcing initiatives in a regulated aerospace environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring fair, reasonable, and compliant pricing for commercial products and services under FAR Part 15 contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong financial, analytical, and regulatory experience who want to influence pricing strategy and business outcomes.


What You’ll Do Pricing Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing
  • Analyze comparable commercial products to establish fair and reasonable benchmarks
  • Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Develop clear, well-documented pricing analyses and justifications

Compliance & Regulatory Support
  • Apply knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations in all pricing activities
  • Ensure proposals and pricing structures are fully compliant with government requirements
  • Maintain documentation standards to support audits and reviews

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with key stakeholders across:
    • Sales and business development teams
    • Proposal operations
    • Engineering and product line leaders
    • Procurement and subcontract specialists
  • Present pricing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making

Problem Solving & Innovation
  • Apply critical thinking and financial analysis to complex pricing challenges
  • Develop creative and strategic pricing solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working with FAR / DFARS regulations
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and present data-driven recommendations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to balance compliance and business strategy

Pay Details: $48.00 to $60.00 per hour
